At Bloomsy, your satisfaction means everything to us. We want you to feel confident and delighted with every purchase.
Returns
Due to the nature of our cosmetic products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once an item has been opened or used.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bloomsycare@gmail.com.
To process your return, we’ll need your order number and a photo of the item received. Once reviewed, we’ll provide instructions for a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges, but you can request a refund or replacement if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
